Carolyn Felderhof |

Raised in Sooke, British Columbia in Canada, Carolyn is in charge of the bird watching program and tour quality control. She is an accomplished birding tour leader and cultivates a passion for Mexico’s environments and people. Carolyn has spent much time working with the community of El Palmito and the Tufted Jay Preserve project. |

Martin leads Sendero Mexico’s consulting firm. He is a well recognized facilitator and coach of human and organizational dynamics in Mexico and Latin America through a human approach and a specialty in creativity and the creative process for organizations and individuals who seek growth and change. |

Patricia Vargas |

Patricia organizes most aspects of our office and administrative life . She has a major in economics and has been with Sendero Mexico for 8 years. Patty is a dedicated and valuable member of the team |

Ramiro Hernandez del Rio |

Ramiro is a specialized guide who enjoys leading groups through climbing, rappel and zip line dynamics as well as the Deer Island kayak tours. He is an avid reader and dedicated family man. |

Paul Beckman |
|
Paul was born and raised in Mexico City and has a deep rooted love for Mexico’s culture, social fabric and tremendous ecological diversity. He contributes to environmental and community development causes with his energy and time and is committed to sustainable development. |

Saul is from Hidalgo in central Mexico. He is a specialized tour leader with Sendero Mexico, enjoying all aspects showing people the best of our local environments. Saul leads the ropes tours and the kayak tours. He enjoys poetry and previously worked as a guide in Teotihuacán, one of the most important archaeological sites in the world. |

Jesus Manuel Angulo |

Jesus Manuel began his employment with Sendero Mexico after 30 years working for a local newspaper. He has proven himself a valuable team player capable of great responsibility. His versatility allows him to cover many areas with proven capacity as he now has received training for the ropes activities. |

Reynaldo Sanchez |

Reynaldo has over 7 years of experience leading kayak tours with Sendero Mexico. He has taken many courses including environmental interpretation as well as courses related to the operation of the EduVentura climbing walls, rappel stations and zip lines. He has been exploring Deer Island since he was a boy and has much experience on the ocean. |
